Ingredients

  • 500 g macaroni pasta
  • â…“ C flour
  • 40 g butter
  • 600 ml milk
  • 250 g cheddar cheese cubed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 courgette diced
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stir in milk and cook until sauce begins to thicken. Stir in cheese and seasonings and continue stirring until smooth.
  • In a large ovenproof dish, combine tomatoes, pasta and zucchini. Pour over the cheese sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until bubbling. Serve immediately.
