Ingredients
500gmacaroni pasta
⅓Cflour
40gbutter
600mlmilk
250gcheddar cheesecubed
½tspsalt
1tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
2courgettediced
250gcherry tomatoeshalved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stir in milk and cook until sauce begins to thicken. Stir in cheese and seasonings and continue stirring until smooth.
In a large ovenproof dish, combine tomatoes, pasta and zucchini. Pour over the cheese sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until bubbling. Serve immediately.
