Ingredients
500gpenne pasta
1tbspbutter
1oniondiced
2garlic clovesminced
200ghamcut into strips
400gcan pineapple chunks
200gcream cheese
½tspsalt
1tspfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Cook penne according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and gently saute the onions over low heat until soft. Next add garlic and onion and fry to 3 minutes. Add the pineapple, half the juice, the cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until sauce is smooth and everything is hot. Drain pasta and toss through sauce. Serve in large bowls.
