Preheat oven to 180°C. Heat oil and onion in frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onion, broccoli and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat.
While vegetables are cooking, toss the cheese and flour together.
Combine the eggs, milk and seasoning in a separate bowl and mix well. Add cheese and vegetables to the egg mixture and mix well.
Grease and line a pie dish with pastry, then pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the dish.
Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve slices of quiche with a handful or rocket.
