Coat steaks in oil and rub with salt, pepper and garlic cloves. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice up the potatoes into wedges and coat in oil, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and rosemary. Spread out in a single layer on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over rocket and parmesan and toss gently to combine.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. When it is hot sear steaks for 3 minutes per side. Only turn once. Then set aside for 5 minutes before slicing and serving alongside wedges and salad.
