Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 400 g white fish fillets
  • 450 g coleslaw kit with dressing included
  • 3 spring onions sliced finely
  • 10 g parsley chopped
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  • Combine coleslaw kit with included dressing, spring onion and parsley. Set aside.
  • Spread flour and salt out on a plate and evenly coat the fish fillets.
  • Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat and gently fry fish for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
  • Pile each bun with loads of coleslaw and a piece of fish. Season if required and enjoy.

Notes

Diabetic / Heart Healthy / Low Calorie: Reduce cheese by half and leave out the sour cream. 
Low carb: Use Mountain bread wraps for a super low-carb option.
Gluten-free: Select your favourite gluten-free wraps to use.
