Ingredients
2tbspbutter
¼cupflour
½tspsalt
400gwhite fish fillets
450gcoleslaw kitwith dressing included
3spring onionssliced finely
10gparsleychopped
4burger buns
Instructions
Combine coleslaw kit with included dressing, spring onion and parsley. Set aside.
Spread flour and salt out on a plate and evenly coat the fish fillets.
Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat and gently fry fish for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
Pile each bun with loads of coleslaw and a piece of fish. Season if required and enjoy.

Diabetic / Heart Healthy / Low Calorie: Reduce cheese by half and leave out the sour cream. Low carb: Use Mountain bread wraps for a super low-carb option.Gluten-free: Select your favourite gluten-free wraps to use.
