Ingredients

Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1 tsp pepper

Noodles

  • 1 onion
  • ¼ C vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 C green cabbage
  • 500 g egg noodles
  • 200 g bean sprouts
  • 1 red chilli
  • ½ cucumber

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the onions and garlic sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add the cabbage, noodles and sauce. Toss well and then add the bean sprouts.
  • Serve in large bowls garnished with cucumber and red chilli.
