Noodles
1onion
¼Cvegetable oil
2garlic cloves
2Cgreen cabbage
500gegg noodles
200gbean sprouts
1red chilli
½cucumber
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the onions and garlic sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add the cabbage, noodles and sauce. Toss well and then add the bean sprouts.
Serve in large bowls garnished with cucumber and red chilli.
