Ingredients
400gfettuccine
1Tbspbutter
4garlic cloves
½tspchilli flakes
3courgette
100gbacon rashers
1lemon zest
300mlscream
½Cparmesan
½Cparsley
½tspsalt
½tsppepper
Instructions
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
Meanwhile, melt 1 Tbsp of butter in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic, chili flakes, zucchini ribbons and bacon for 6-7 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest.
Drain the fettuccine and add it to the pan, along with the cream, cheese and parsley. Toss until everything is coated in the sauce, then season to taste and serve with extra parmesan and lots of cracked pepper.

Vegetarian: To make this meal vegetarian substitue bacon for mushrooms.
