Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the pastry and lay into a greased pie dish.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft. Add the frozen spinach and toss together for 2 - 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together cottage cheese, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. add to the pan along with the cottage cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
Put spinach mixture into the pie dish and pour over egg mixture. Bake in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes or until center is just firm and pastry is cooked through.
