Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cook the broccoli in a small pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender. Then drain and set aside.
Whisk the egg in a medium bowl, then stir in the cream, half of the cheese, milk, and sour cream. Mix until smooth, then add the chopped onion, chopped broccoli, garlic, shredded chicken, and spices. Season well.
Drain the pasta and pour into a casserole dish. Stir through the cream and vege mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and cheese is melted.
