Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with salt, crushed garlic and sriracha. Next, pour the buttermilk over the chicken, cover and refrigerate for as long as you can, or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining coating ingredients. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and into the oven to bake for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken meat is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
Meanwhile, place the fries on another baking tray and in the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden and crunchy.
Prepare the coleslaw by combing coleslaw with dressing provided.
Assemble the burgers with a piece of chicken, a layer of coleslaw and sliced gherkins. Serve burgers with fries.
