Preheat oven to 180°C.
Chop the potatoes into chips or wedges. Coat in oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Lay chips on a lined baking tray and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes
While chips are in the oven, mix the chicken and marinate ingredients together in a large bowl.
Thread chicken onto skewers and cook for about 20 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked through.
While chicken is cooking prepare the vegetables for the salad and make the dressing by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
Serve chicken kebabs with a side of salad and oven roasted chips.
